Core Program – Physical Fitness

A fundamental part of the Sokol program is our general fitness program for people of all ages to improve health, fitness level and overall well being. Sokols around the United States offer various sports, both popular and unique to their communities. While there are plenty of competitive opportunities, Sokol equally serves those who don’t strive for a top sport performance, but simply like to exercise, be fit and healthy, and want to enjoy the experience.

The fitness classes begin at age three and continue on to ages over 100. Sokol was founded on the philosophy that physically fit, mentally alert and culturally well developed people make a strong community. Everyone in the community will find what they are looking for in their local Sokol.
